Booking, Rescheduling & Attendance Policy

At Dedicated Helping Hands CPR Training, we are committed to providing quality, hands-on training experiences while working to accommodate the scheduling needs of our students.

Please review the following policies carefully prior to booking your course.

Course dates and times are scheduled based on instructor availability, student enrollment, and operational scheduling. While we strive to maintain all scheduled class times, Dedicated Helping Hands CPR Training reserves the right to make scheduling adjustments when necessary due to unforeseen circumstances, instructor availability, emergencies, or class enrollment needs.

If a scheduling adjustment becomes necessary, students will be offered available rescheduling options.

We understand that schedules can change. Students who are unable to attend their scheduled course may request a reschedule within 60 days of their original booking date, based on class availability.

Reschedule requests must be submitted prior to the scheduled class time whenever possible.

Failure to attend a scheduled course without communication may result in forfeiture of the class seat and may require additional fees for rebooking.

Students are expected to arrive on time and prepared for class. Certain courses may require completion of online coursework or submission of documentation prior to the scheduled session.

Late arrivals may be asked to reschedule if arrival interferes with course requirements, safety standards, or AHA compliance guidelines.

Certification cards are issued only after successful completion of all required course components, including skills testing, attendance requirements, and any required online coursework.

Dedicated Helping Hands CPR Training reserves the right to withhold certification if course requirements are not successfully completed.

Mobile and private sessions are scheduled based on instructor availability and travel accommodations. Additional travel considerations may apply depending on location and scheduling needs.

Our team may communicate with students through phone calls, text messages, emails, or automated booking notifications regarding scheduling updates, reminders, class instructions, or course changes.

Students are responsible for ensuring accurate contact information is provided during booking.

By booking a course with Dedicated Helping Hands CPR Training, students acknowledge that they have reviewed and agreed to the company’s scheduling, attendance, and rescheduling policies.
